Digital Camera Raw Photo Submission Form

For a limited time only, the site's administrator has decided to offer a free service to those wishing to accept the agreement outlined below. Each submitter may provide a single digital camera raw photo for a free enhancement at the convenience of the editor. Any enhancement is done "AS IS" at the discretion and tastes of the editor. In addition, the submitter agrees to allow the results (both the before and after photo) to be displayed on this site to showcase this currently free service. The maximumm size for the single raw image is ~80MB.

By sending this email with the attached image to be processed (by the EDITOR), you (the SUBMITTER) must agree to the following:

 1. The SUBMITTER must be the SOLE copyright owner of the attached image.
 2. Only one image will be considered for editing from each SUBMITTER.
 3. The provided image is in a Photoshop RAW format (e.g. DNG, NEF, or CR2 and not JPEG).
 4. Only this electronic form may be used to submit candidate photos for editing.
 5. The provided image must not have already been edited in any way.
 6. The EDITOR shall be free to edit each submission in any way the EDITOR desires.
 7. Though the image shall retain its copyrights by the SUBMITTER, the SUBMITTER agrees to give
    rights to the EDITOR such that both the original and derived images may be showcased on the 
    site without any infringement.
 8. Any digital photo returned is provided "AS IS", and this site and owner shall not be held 
    responsible in any way for the alterations made to it.
 9. Submissions are not guaranteed to be accepted by the EDITOR, and it shall be up to the 
    discretion of the EDITOR to decide whether to process or pass on a given submission based 
    on the image's content or the EDITOR's schedule, or for any other reason.
10. The submitter shall only receive a response to a submission if all conditions above have 
    be met, the email address provided is accurate, and the SUBMITTER agrees to all conditions.
11. This offer may be terminated at any time, and for any reason.
